The discount plan is quite complicated and depends on the rental location, length of rentals, days of the week, etc. Suffice it to say that it offers anywhere from 0% to 25% off U.S. rentals. Internationally, this code will generally offer discounts of: 20% in Western Europe, 10% in Africa/Middle East, 15% in Asia and Pacific and 10% in Latin America, excluding Puerto Rico. Sometimes less depending on demand.

Of course, if you have a better Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) for a particular state or country, try it instead. This one has been the best possible for me in 4 out of 5 rentals.
