Is the pre-determined e-mail address of passenger@andrews.afncr.mil as noted on the auto forwarded message versus the e-mail address noted on the AMC Gram indicating passenger@andrews.af.mil?

Indeed, over the last few years, various offices on Andrews went through a few changes in their e-mail address (afncr.af.mil, afrncr.mil, and andrews.af.mil). Latest guidance is to use the format which you're mentioned, so I've updated the server appropriately.
